If you do any type of physical training, you know about body work. Deep tissue. Chiropractic. Tai Chi. Movement to unlock more power or gain more flexibility. I’m onboard for 10 sessions of Structual Integration (S.I.). I’ve seen it have dramatic results for athletes at the highest levels. The little-known practice is like a secret that doesn’t get shared. I’ll start charting the experience in this blog along with training logs to gauge performance.
